Quotes/Orders
If an order is placed using our website, it is not guaranteed to be accepted if it does not meet quote specifications entered by the customer, or due to PCB, PCBA or to the product design issues. Prices are subject to change if encountered in any design issues. We reserve the right to change price or delivery date on any orders. Customer will be notified of these changes.
Deliveries
All orders are shipped based on business days. All orders are FOB shipping point. We pre-pay and bill for shipping and handling. Deliveries are shipped using FedEx or UPS unless the customer informs us for other shipping carrier.
Return Material Authorization Policy
If you receive any orders that do not meet your specifications or data, please contact us within 3 days to fill out an RMA form. Order must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery. We will not process your credit until we receive the boards. All returns must be prepaid. Our liabilities are limited to the purchase price only. We are not liable for any other costs beyond the cost of the order.
Payments
Payments can be made by wire transfer and paypal.
Cancellations
Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation charge. Charges may vary upon order status. If you decide to cancel or change any order, please contact us immediately by phone and followed by e-mail or fax. Please read the following charges for cancellations:
Within 24 hours = 10% of the total order
After 24 hours but before 48 hours = 50% of the total order
After 2 days but before 3 days = 80% of the total order
No cancellation after 3 days
Shipping and Handling Damages
We will not be responsible for any type of improper handling or carrier delays in shipping. Shipping and Handling damages must be reported to carrier and package contents must be checked before acceptance of package. You must make all claims with FedEx or UPS. We will contact FedEx to release all information to you and allow you to file once we hear from you that you are planning to claim.

(1) Lead time definition: Business days between date when an order is received and shipping date assuming that CAM files received from the customer have no problems or mistakes. For assembly orders, The quoted lead time starts when the parts are received!
(2) Shipping address is your registered address as shown in the above quote. Please call or email us at least two days BEFORE shipping of your order if it is different.
(3) It is our goal to provide you with a product that meets or exceeds both your requirements and expectations. To that end, we ask that you carefully verify the information listed upon this quote. Please review all of your PCB requirements, and be sure they are accurately reflected herein.
(4) Upon placing your order, the listed information is translated directly to the work order issued to our fabrication facility. Any errors in the above data, such as, in material, construction, thickness, finish or markings will be reflected in your finished product.
(5) As part of the quoting process, we will try to review all provided information, and note any special or unique requirements you may have. If this is an on-line quote, we rely solely on you to accurately enter all relevant information. The bottom line is that our work order takes precedence over any other provided files. After all, the requirements listed here are those the quoted price was based upon.
(6) Customer is responsible for reading all of data based on this quotation. If you find any item in the above data to be in error, please notify one of our sales representatives by E-mail, and the quote will be corrected. Also feel free to contact us regarding any special requirements that may not be listed. These can be noted under the 'COMMENTS' section, and addressed at the time of the quote.
(7) For order of PCB products, the following files should be received before or in 12 hours after your order:
(A) Gerber files preferred in 274X format including also board outline, dimension, slots and stack-up of layers;
(B) NC (excellon) drill files;
(C) A readme file with all of important things necessary, in addition to Gerber files, for production of the PCB.
(8) Production delay and, therefore, shipping delay of the order may take place if either the CAM files are received late or with mistakes or incompletely. The lead time stated in the above quote is, therefore, invalid.
(9) Sunrey Technology is not responsible for quality problems which were caused by customer CAM file mistakes or any errors in written instructions from the customer.
(10)Customer must supply a complete kit of components to be assembled on the PCB. No shipments of partial kits will be accepted. No shipments from distributors will be accepted unless a full kit is being shipped. No exceptions in any cases.
(11)If E-TekNet receives partial kits there will be a $50.00 charge back to the customer for handling fees.
(12)All parts packages should be clearly marked with the quantity inside, the full part number and designation placement number.
(13)Customer must supply a full BOM in Excel format to be used for assembly. The BOM should state if any components will NOT be populated. Also, if Sunrey Tech. is going to supply some of the parts, this should be stated so on the BOM. An incomplete BOM will not be accepted and will be returned to customer for correction.
(14)A fabrication drawing for assembly layout. The drawing must show orientations of parts if applicable.
